Not just another national park. It sounds corny, but it is so breathtaking and impressive. The road to the summit was closed due to weather this past week, and it just reopened! We were lucky! We drove to the top of the pass - 12, 200 ft. We stopped for pictures along the way. We saw LOTS of elk and chipmunks. While staying in Estes Park at the hotel, we could hear the elk bugling and coyotes howling all night. We loved it. It wasn't as warm as it looked! We should have been wearing our winter gear. Note Julie wearing her tropical hair flower. Should have been a winter hat!!
so, maybe you could have nature sounds of bugling elk and howling coyotes in your dinosaur ranger station house...
